As part of our commitment to sustainability, our coffee bags are fully recyclable. They are also resealable to maintain the freshness of our delicious coffees.
Fairtrade
By buying Fairtrade certified coffee, we're supporting farmers in tackling the vast amount of challenges they are facing. These include the effects of a changing climate, low and unpredictable incomes and in some coffee growing communities, not having enough food available for three to four months a year.
Not only can farmers build a better quality of life for their families and communities, they can invest in growing better quality beans too. Fairtrade coffee farmers invest at least 25% of their Fairtrade premium in improving productivity and quality.
Organic
Along with caring for people, we believe that it’s equally as important to care for the planet which we all share. This is why we chose to purchase organic certified coffee beans.
Because organic coffee is grown naturally, farmers don’t use harmful pesticides and chemical fertilisers during the growing or production process. Instead, organic fertilisers are used in their place. This means that the immediate area around where the coffee is grown is protected from any harmful chemicals.
